PAYMENT POLICY

We accept payments through various methods including, credit cards, debit cards,
and mobile payments.

RESERVATION & DEPOSIT PAYMENT
 To secure your booking, a preliminary payment of 25% is required. Without this payment,
your reservation will not be fully confirmed.
 The remaining balance is to be paid as soon as you arrived at our centre.
 Any additional currency conversion amount, transaction or transfer fees and bank fees has to
be paid by the guest.

Refund Policy
To amend or cancel bookings, guests must send an email to info@sivasoorya.org and
receive a confirmation.

  1. Amendments or cancellation of bookings will attract retention charges.
  2. The deposit payment is non-refundable under any circumstances even if you have cancelled the
    Ayurveda programs.
  3. If you have paid the full fees for the Ayurveda retreat in advance:
     99% refund, if you cancel before eight weeks of the Ayurveda retreat start date after
    deducting the bank transfer charges.
     50% refund if you cancel 30 – 59 days before the course start date after deducting bank
    transaction charges.
     You will not receive any refund of the Ayurveda programs fee or advance fee once you have
    started the Ayurveda programs.
  4. According to our refund policy, we do not provide refunds in cash. All refunds will be
    processed via our company’s bank account.
  5. Regardless of the payment method used, whether it’s internet banking, credit card,
    PayPal, or any other form, the refund will be issued through our company’s bank account
    exclusively.
  6. Please note that refunds are typically processed and issued within a period of 3 to 4
    weeks from the cancellation date.
  7. All payments of Refund on account of cancellation (where) applicable shall be made only in
    Indian Rupees since remittance out of India in Foreign exchange is not permitted by Reserve Bank
    of India.
  8. Dispute of Payment 
    In case of any disputes on terms of payment between you and SivasooryaAyuryoga Heritage Pvt.
    Ltd, both the parties will take initiative to settle the issue in friendly terms without involving any
    third parties.
