Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards.
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways to protect your financial information.

Reservation and Deposit

To confirm a reservation at Ayurveda Healing Ashram, a non-refundable advance deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required.
This deposit secures your dates and helps us manage high demand and confirm services.
The outstanding balance must be paid at check-in.
Guests are responsible for any additional currency conversion fees, bank fees, or transaction/transfer fees charged by their bank or payment provider upon arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel or amend a booking, email us at info@authenticayurvedacentre.com. You will receive a confirmation email after we process your request.
Deposit: The 25% advance deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you have paid the full amount in advance, partial refunds are available depending on the timing of your cancellation (all refunds are subject to bank transfer charges as described below):
- Cancellations made more than 8 weeks (56+ days) before the start date: refund of 99% of the paid amount, after deducting bank transfer charges (typically 1%–3%, depending on your bank’s policy).
- Cancellations made 30–59 days before the start date: refund of 50% of the paid amount, after deducting bank transfer charges.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the start date or when treatments have already begun: no refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only via bank transfer to the company bank account. Cash refunds are not available.
Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only, in compliance with Reserve Bank of India regulations; we cannot remit refunds in foreign currency.
Refunds are typically processed and completed within 3–4 weeks from the cancellation date, subject to bank processing times.

Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute arises between you and Sivasoorya Ayuryoga Healing Ashram Pvt. Ltd., we aim to resolve the matter amicably and directly.
Please contact us via email at info@authenticayurvedacentre.com. to report the issue, and our team will investigate and respond promptly.
We prefer to settle disputes internally without third-party involvement where possible; however, we will follow applicable laws and banking procedures if escalation is required.
