28 Days — Comprehensive Ayurveda + Panchakarma Intro
Includes the 14-day syllabus plus extended practicals, Panchakarma theory and hands-on exposure to detox techniques, herbal preparations and clinical treatments.

14-Day Ayurveda Massage Course (Intensive Practical)
Focused massage training to develop therapist skills: Marma therapy, Uzhichil, Shirodhara, Kizhi and other core techniques.

Courses run in batches. Dates vary — early booking recommended.
